Early Spring was all about major updates for us. So here they are – hopefully making your work easier: our updates for February March 2025:
New option to share feedback from performance reviews
In the Performance Review module, we’ve introduced a new option to share feedback. The feedback will not be shared with the recipients of the feedback.
However, admins, HR admins, or users with the View all feedback permission can export the feedback as a CSV file and access the results.

Location-based clock-ins and clock-outs
Companies can now enable a new option under Location Tracking in the attendance policies, which warns employees when they attempt to clock in or out outside of a defined work location. On their mobile device, employees will see whether they are clocking in from inside or outside the designated work location.
Note: If employees have disabled location tracking in their device settings, the location will not be recorded, and their time entry will be marked with a grey location icon.
Color codes for location status
Admins can see, via color coding in the time tracking overview, whether employees have clocked in and out within the radius, outside the radius, or without a recorded location.
