Did you have the feeling that January was never-ending? Although time perception can be tricky to pin down, we took advantage of the lengthy feeling from the first month of the year to enhance your experience using Kenjo!
Here are the new product updates!
Create inactive employees
From now on, you can create employees and activate them later. In the past, your new employees received an email invitation the minute you hit the button "create employee." Now, you can choose when to invite them to Kenjo. Besides improving the overall experience of this feature, we have added the possibility to assign time off policies.
Edit existing time-off requests
Have you been on holiday and decided to extend your trip? Or have you been in the unfortunate situation where you became ill and needed to ask for more time to recover? Well, now you can edit an existing time off request and extend or reduce the time. Also, to provide a full audit trail of your sick leave you can upload multiple documents to the same request.
Set tags as mandatory
Tags are a key component to the management of your documents - they allow you to organize your files properly and enable your workflows to perform as expected. However, employees may forget to add a tag to documents preventing other features in Kenjo from running smoothly. That is why you can now choose to make tags mandatory. Just go to Settings > Smart docs > Settings and activate this option.
Add Notes to your Payroll Record
A key factor for effective payroll management often begins with organization. To enhance your experience with this feature, you can now add, edit or delete comments in an employee's payroll record. Not only will they be visible in Kenjo, but also on your exported file. Activate this function in Settings > Payroll > Settings > Employee fields.
Customise Privacy Policy Consent
Receiving consent from candidates that apply to your open positions is a cornerstone of becoming more GDPR compliant. That's why you can now add a link to your privacy policy, edit the text displayed on all job postings, and choose how candidates can provide consent! To customise your Privacy Policy consent, go to Settings > Recruiting > Privacy Policy.
