Product Updates November 2024

Modified on Fri, 6 Dec at 4:47 PM

We're happy to announce Kenjo's November News! We have been working persistently on a few new features that will hopefully make your HR work easier. Let's get started:

Mobile Read Receipts

Your employees can now easily access important documents anytime and anywhere via the app and confirm they have read them. As usual, as an admin you can manage read receipts from your desktop web browser, keeping track of the reading statuses and ensuring everyone stays up to date.

Make attaching a document mandatory for certain time off types

We developed a feature within time off, that enables you to make attaching a document mandatory in order to request a time off. You can configure your settings according to your company-wide rules or according to labour law, e.g. in Germany it's mandatory to get a medical certificate after being sick for 3 days or more.

According to your set up, a time off request without a mandatory document will be blocked from being requested.

Fresh design for the login page

With our new login page you can easily scan the QR code and download the Kenjo app to your device. Also you'll have the SSO login option placed more prominently to make sure you have the smoothest login journey.

Attendance Module improvements

This month's update brings you the tolerance range for attendance policies, more conflicts, and a layout improvement to the attendance policies. For example with the check-in limitations rule within attendance policy settings you can define a time period before an agreed starting time in which your employees can log into Kenjo.

Those were our November News!

Stay warm until the next month when it's time for Kenjo Product Updates again!
