When conflicts in your shift plan arise you have basically two options:
Option 1: Publish the shift with a conflict - Confirm that you want to publish the shifts with a conflict.
- Check the box Allow to publish shifts with this conflict
The shift planner is now still alerted but can still publish a shiftplan that contains conflicted shifts
Option 2: Edit the shift
Resolve the conflict by, editing it, assigning it to a person who meets the role requirements or is free for the time of the shift or delete the shift.
- Regardless of the option you choose, click Publish to finalize and publish your shift plan.
