Every month we can't wait to share with our customers our brand new email with all of Kenjo´s new updates! Our team once again found a way to speed and smooth your experience with Kenjo.
On today's menu we prepared for you:
Daily total in punch clock
For everyone who had troubles with understanding the Total time of the day in the Punch clock, Kenjo will now show you the Daily total additionally to the Shift time. The punch clock only displays the time recorded up to the current moment and does not take into account any future entries.
Restrict check in
Sometimes it's necessary to prevent checking in before the start of work hours. With our new check-in restrictions, you can now implement this. Decide whether employees can only check in at the start of their work period, or set a grace period (e.g., employees can check in 30 minutes before the start of work).
Open Attendance Policy in a New Tab from Attendance Tracking Setting Screen
As you can search for employees and see their attendance policy they are assigned to in the attendance tracking console, we implemented a shortcut to directly open the Attendance policy in a new tab to make it even faster to find the information or edit it.
Time off Approver
Admins now have the flexibility to select any employee to act as someone's Time-off approver.
Additionally you will find a new field in workflows that will enable you to target the approver as the recipient.
That is all! Pretty good way to roll into spring, isn't it? We sincerely hope that the features we prepared for you will ease your experience with Kenjo!
See you next month! ?
