Time sheet management

If you select time sheet management your employees can create and edit their time entries on Desktop or via mobile app. They can enter the time entries whenever they like. Depending on your settings, they are don't allowed to enter entries for the future. Find out how here.

Kiosk PIN Code

Your employees receive a unique PIN Code which they then can use to check in and out via the Kiosk terminal.

The moment you add employees to a policy with the preferred tracking method PIN code, they will receive a notification with their PIN code via email, Push notification or Kenjo Desktop Notification.

Read this article to find out more about the check in via Kiosk.

Kiosk QR Code

Consider that, at the moment, employees under a policy with Kiosk enabled, will not be able to use the punch clock. This means that if you enable the QR code the punch clock will be replaced by the QR code reader. Employees need to scan a QR Code on the Kiosk with their smartphones to initiate the check in / out process.

Read this article to find out more about the check in via Kiosk.

Tracking Attendance via API

If you want to track time just via API or Import you simply don't select any other methods. In this way you can ensure that your employees can not change the entries you reported via the API or Import and also prevent conflicts with other time tracking methods.

To get more information about the API integration please see the following article: API Integration

Kenjo mobile App

All time tracking methods except Kiosk PIN code can be used with a mobile device and the Kenjo app. In order to use Kiosk QR code, employees must have a mobile device to scan the Kiosk's QR code. Watch the video to see how employees can check in via mobile phones.
