Headhunter interface
The agency or headhunter you are inviting receives an email afterward. This enables access to a separate interface in Kenjo, where the headhunter can submit candidate proposals by adding the applicants to the individual job advertisements. The images below are the steps the headhunter will follow:
As a headhunter, you will first receive an invitation email:
By clicking on ACCESS, a new window will open, where you can enter your email to log in:
In this interface, you can add candidates by clicking (+) ADD CANDIDATE:
Add the candidate information:
Click on SAVE.
Candidate management
The candidates that the headhunter has added will appear to you in Recruiting > Overview > New applicants.
The candidate will be identified with an Orange tag that states it was sourced by the agency. Their name will also appear at the bottom of the tab, in the "Source" field. You can use the comment box to save impressions or feedback for the agency and thus avoid separate email traffic.
Your headhunter will see the messages like this:
FAQ
Q: I changed the name of the recruiter and now she doesn't have access to the candidates that she has recommended even when her email is the same. How can she still have access to her candidates?
A: An external user/Agency will have a unique token to access Kenjo. This token is partially generated by the name and linked to it. If you changed the name, the recruiter will still be able to access the Recruitment module, but as a new user. However, if you revert the changes performed on the name, the recruiter will be able to see again all her candidates.
