For DSP employees: Track your time with the Kenjo app

Here you'll learn how to check in and out using the Kenjo app. Your admin decide for you how you'll be able to track your time. Follow these steps for the different time tracking methods. 


Use Punch Clock

  • Open the Kenjo app on your smartphone
  • Log in using your work email address and password combination
  • Hold the green-bordered arrow and slide it to the right to check in
  • Click OK, GOT IT.

You will now see your work time in real-time

  • Click the blue-bordered GO FOR A BREAK when you start your break
  • Click FINISH BREAK when you finished your break
  • Hold the red-bordered arrow and slide it to the right to check out


Use Time Sheet Management 

  • Open the Kenjo app on your smartphone
  • Log in using your work email address and password combination
  • Click the three-lines icon in the upper left corner
  • In the vertical menu select Timesheet 
  • Click on the day you want to track the time for
  • Click on the white square with Start and End 
  • Click Start and enter your start time in the HH:MM format, then click OK
  • Click End and enter your end time in the HH:MM format, then click OK
  • Click (+) Add break to enter break times
  • Click in the white-bordered From-field and enter your break start time, then click OK
  • Click in the white-bordered Until-field and enter your break end time, then click OK
  • Click (+) New break to enter multiple breaks
  • Click SAVE
