This feature shows you usage and utilization of the HR platform, through a set of data dashboards compiled from multiple features. You can use them to understand how the adoption of the Kenjo looks like for your company and take actions around them.

Data update frequency
The data inside the dashboards are updated every day at 9 PM server time which is UTC. This means that values in the dashboard are not updated live. For example, if an org that has 10 active employees adds 5 more active employees on one day, the Active Employees count will display 10 until the data is updated again.
Visibility
The data inside the dashboards are currently visible to HR admins, Admins and finance admin profiles only accessible via the widget or the settings screens and billing section
Accessibility
The dashboards can be accessed via:
- Settings > Billing > Platform usage or
- Settings > Check Usage
- Home > Overview > platform usage > View dashboards
Platform usage widget
The platform usage widget will be available for the specific profiles where the user login, and active and inactive employee information will be visible. You can also select GO TO DASHBOARD which will take you to the Platform usage full set of dashboards.
General usage data
In the general tab of the platform usage you will be able to see and evaluate the following data:
- Active employees: measured number of activated employees from the people section of Kenjo.
- Deactivated: measured the number of deactivated employees from the people section of Kenjo.
- No activated: measured number of non-activated employees from the people section of Kenjo.
Note: All of the data for employee usage is measured at an organization level for all companies for all users. Period of measurement: Total as of current
Total user logins: Summary of the count of daily logins, for each organization.
- What we collect: for each org, how many unique users logged in in the last 24 hours.
- If user A logs in twice in a day, user B logs in three times, and user C does not log in for that day, number of logins for that day is 2.
- What we show: Summary of the daily number of logins in each month
- On day 1, user A logs in 1 time in a day, user B logs in 3 times, and user C does not log in for that day, the number of logins for this day is 2.
- On day 2, A, B, and C log in once, number of logins for day 2 is 3. Chart will show 5 for that month.
- Period of measurement: Monthly
Attendance usage data
The attendance tab will give you information about the following data:
- Attendance entry method: A cumulative total of all entries recorded via all tracking methods
- Geolocated check-ins: A cumulative total of check-ins where geolocation was able recorded
- Kiosk check-ins: A cumulative total of check-ins via the attendance tracking kiosk
- Attendance entries: Weekly evolution of attendance entries total via all entries
- Attendance methods: Distribution of attendance methods usage: kiosk vs geolocated check-ins
- Kiosk check-ins via: Distribution of methods used in kiosk - whether the check-ins were using the QR code or Pincode
- Attendance policies: As of the current date, the number of active attendance policies
Note: This data covers organization level for all companies for all users (including non-active users)
Time Off data
The time off tab will provide you with the following information:
- Active policies: Cumulative total of all active time off policies being used
- Requests approved: A cumulative total of time off requests that have been approved
- 2 step approval requests: Total number of time off requests approved with 2-step approval method
- Time off requests approved: Evolution of time off requests approved over a period measured at a weekly frequency
Shiftplan data
The shift plan tab will provide you with the following information:
- Active shift users: Total number of employees activated for shift plan
- Active shift location: Total number of locations activated for shift plan
- Shifts published: Total number of shifts published and employees informed
- Unpublished shifts: Total number of shifts created without publishing and informing employees
- Active shift users: Evolution of activated shift employees over some time, measured weekly
- Shifts published: Evolution of total shifts published over some time, measured weekly
Payroll data
The payroll tab will provide you with the following information:
- Closed payrolls: Total number of payrolls being closed
- Closed DATEV payrolls: Total number of DATEV payrolls being closed
- Uploaded payslips: Total number of payslips that were uploaded in bulk “via the import functionality”
- Total payrolls closed: Monthly evolution of the number of payrolls closed.
Workflow data
- Total active workflows: Total number of workflows that are currently active in an organization
- HR workflows: Total number of workflows that are currently active which are non-recruitment
- Recruitment workflows: Total number of active workflows that are with the object as job opening or candidate position
Other data
- Recruitment > Active job openings: Total number of job openings in the recruitment module with status as active
- Recruitment > Active candidates: Total number of candidates in the recruitment module with status as active
- Performance review > Performance reviews launched: Total number of performance reviews in an organization where the status is not Draft
- Performance review > Performance reviews completed: Total number of performance reviews in completed status
- Smart docs > Smart docs stored: Total number of items of smart documents that are currently uploaded into an organization
- Smart docs > Storage volume: The total amount of space (in gigabytes) that is currently taken up by all the smart documents uploaded by an organization
- Smart docs > Smart docs uploaded (Bulk imports): Total number of smart docs uploaded via bulk imports in an organization
