To utilize the Lohnimportdatenservice services for DATEV, accountants should follow the steps below.
Set up the DATEV Dataservices
1. Order the DATEV Dataservice
- Access the client overview in DATEV.
- Initiate the MyDATEV client registration.
- Log in using SmartCard or SmartLogin.
- Product: Order the Lohnimportdatenservice.
- Register a client or add a new client.
- Complete the order.

2. Activate accountant access
- Access the access management online.
- Open the Employee tab.
- Select the employee and SmartCard.
- Select Lohnimportdatenservice and add the access authorization.
- Enter advisor and tenant ID.

Monthly payroll
Your client will send the DATEV Master Data and transactional data directly from Kenjo to the DATEV datacenter via the Lohnimportdatenservice. You will then need to import into DATEV and follow your normal payroll process.
