What is JOIN?

JOIN is a recruiting and multi-posting software that helps companies recruit faster and with minimal effort by posting to multiple job boards at once. With JOIN, you can attract more qualified candidates, post your openings in +100 job search sites, and optimize your recruiting efforts.

Who is this integration for?

If your monthly need for job postings exceeds 3 jobs, you will benefit from this integration.

What are the costs?

JOIN is a 3rd party service and incurs its own subscription fee. It operates using a freemium business model. However, Kenjo's customers who want to use the integration need to have JOIN's premium subscription.

Through the JOIN-Kenjo partnership agreement, our customers benefit from having no integration costs AND especial reduced prices as opposed to other JOIN integrations.

Payment for JOIN is possible on a monthly or yearly basis and scales based on the number of jobs you publish. This means that additional costs might apply based on consumption.

How is the data stored?

Once Join is activated, only those positions flagged as "promote in JOIN" will be shared with Join. Then Kenjo only shares position information as department, company, office, description, employment type, remote, and title. Regarding the candidates, this information comes from Join, and we store in Kenjo the first name, last name, email, phone, and CV.
