Q: How are my employees going to receive the Pulse surveys?
A: Employees will receive an email notification with a link that will redirect them to the 2-minute survey with 8 simple questions.
Q: We want to remind our employees to fill out the Survey in the Pulse-Section, but it's not possible to click on the "Remind" button when we select them. How can we fix this?
A: You might have to wait a bit longer before sending the reminder. The "Remind" button is only enabled after a week from the moment the survey was sent.
Q: In which language would the questions in Pulse appear?
A: The language of the questions in Pulse depends on which language the employee has selected for their Kenjo profile (English, German, Spanish).
Q: I see now a yellow dot next to the employees' name while editing my performance review. What does it mean?
A: That means that something changed from last time you entered that performance review. For example: an employee has change from one department to the other.
